Resume or restart a workout

Your position in a class is saved as you watch. Open that class again and the player asks what you want to do before it starts.

Steps

1. Open a class you have already started. On the class page, select Press Play.
2. An overlay appears with the kicker "Continue watching?" and the class title.
3. Select Resume from followed by your saved time to carry on where you stopped.
4. Or select Start from beginning to watch the class from the top.

Good to know

• The prompt only appears when you are more than a moment into the class and not right at the end.
• It appears every time you reopen a class you are partway through, so you always get the choice.
• Choosing Start from beginning does not create a second entry in your history. It continues the same one.
• Your position is stored on your account, so you can start on your laptop and pick up on your phone.
• You do not see the prompt when you are watching in a workout party, since everyone is kept at the same point.
• Watched enough of a class for it to count? It shows up in your History and your Tracker automatically.
