Workout history and the Tracker
Updated
My Spot holds two related views. History is the automatic log of classes you have watched, and Tracker is your fitness calendar, including workouts you did away from Studio SWEAT onDemand.
Steps
- Open the avatar menu in the top right and choose My Spot.
- Select History to see the classes you have watched, or Tracker for the month calendar with your totals.
- To log something yourself, select Add a workout on the Tracker.
- Either pick a Studio SWEAT onDemand class, or type a title for a workout you did elsewhere, such as a gym session or a run.
- Set the date and how many minutes it took, then save.
Good to know
- Classes you watch are added for you. A quick peek at a class does not count, but once you have watched a decent chunk of it, it lands in your Tracker.
- Manual entries always count, whatever the length.
- You can back-date an entry, but not into the future, and not more than a year ago.
- Editing works a little differently by type. You can adjust the minutes on a class the site tracked for you, and the date on entries you added yourself.
- Deleting an entry you added removes it. Deleting one the site tracked hides it from your Tracker.
- Your dashboard shows your weekly totals and your current and longest streaks, which are built from this data.
