Can I download workouts

Classes cannot be downloaded. Everything streams, so you need an internet connection while you work out.
Good to know
- There is no download button anywhere on the site, and no offline mode.
- A phone or tablet on mobile data works fine if the signal is decent, so a hotel or a gym is usually not a problem.
- If your connection is patchy, the player adjusts quality automatically to keep the class going.
- Saving a class is not the same as downloading it. The heart on a class page adds it to My Spot then Saved so it is quick to find, but you still stream it.
