Closed captions
Updated
Many of our classes have closed captions. A CC badge on the class tells you when captions are available, and you switch them on inside the player.
Steps
- Open a class and look for the CC badge, which is labeled "Closed captions available".
- Select Press Play to start the class.
- Open the captions menu in the player controls.
- Turn captions on, and pick a track if more than one is offered.
- Use the same menu to switch captions off again.
Good to know
- The captions menu only appears on classes that actually have captions, so if you cannot find it, that class does not have them yet.
- Caption coverage is per class, not across the whole library. We are adding more over time.
- Your choice applies to the class you are watching, so check the menu again on the next class.
- If the controls fade away while a class is playing, move your mouse or tap the screen to bring them back. You can also keep them on screen permanently in Account then Preferences.
- Missing captions on a class you would like to see them on? Contact support with the class name and we will pass it on.
