Cancel your subscription
Updated
You can cancel your subscription yourself in a few clicks. Your classes stay available until the end of your current billing period, and nothing is charged after that.
Steps
- Sign in and open Account from the avatar menu in the top right.
- Choose Billing. You land on the Membership tab.
- Select Cancel subscription.
- A confirmation appears that reads "Cancel at the end of your current period? You'll keep access until then." Select Yes, cancel to confirm, or Keep subscription to back out.
- The status card updates to show the date your access ends, and you get a confirmation email.
Good to know
- Cancelling always takes effect at the end of the current period. It is never immediate, so you do not lose the time you paid for.
- Cancelling stops future charges. It does not refund the period you are in.
- If you are on a free trial, cancelling before the trial ends means you are not charged at all.
- Once you have cancelled, the Cancel subscription button is switched off, since there is nothing left to cancel.
- Your history, saved classes, and notes are kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back.
- Changed your mind before your access ends? Contact support and we can undo the cancellation for you.
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, that subscription is not managed here. Cancel it in the App Store or Play Store instead.
