Refunds
Updated
There is no refund button on the website. Refunds are reviewed one at a time by our team, so the way to ask is to get in touch.
Steps
- Email [email protected] from the address on your account, or use the contact support form.
- Tell us which charge you are asking about. The History tab under Account then Billing shows the date and amount of each charge.
- Add a sentence on what happened, for example a renewal you did not expect or a duplicate charge.
- We reply by email, usually within one business day.
Good to know
- Cancelling a subscription stops future charges. It does not automatically refund the period you are in.
- If you are on a free trial and cancel before it ends, you are not charged, so there is nothing to refund.
- If you subscribed through the App Store or Google Play, refunds for those charges are handled by Apple or Google, not by us.
