What happens when you cancel
Updated
Cancelling ends future billing. It does not switch anything off straight away, and it does not erase anything you have built up.
Good to know
- You keep full access until the end of the period you already paid for. The Billing page shows that date.
- No further charges are taken after you cancel.
- Your account stays open. Sign-in still works after your access ends.
- Your workout history, Tracker entries, saved classes and programs, personal notes, and comments are all kept.
- Your My Week and profile settings are kept too, so nothing needs setting up again.
- When your access ends, classes stop playing and the site shows the plan options again.
- To come back, subscribe again from the pricing page.
- If you cancelled by mistake and your access has not ended yet, contact support and we can restore the subscription.
