Saving is how you keep a class or program to hand. It is one tap on the heart, and everything you save lands in the same place.
Steps
- Open a class page.
- Select the heart, labeled Save workout. Once saved, it reads Saved.
- To find your saved items, open the avatar menu in the top right and choose My Spot. You land on the Saved tab.
- Select the heart again on a class to remove it from your saved list.
Good to know
- Programs can be saved as well as classes, and both appear under My Spot then Saved.
- Saving is private. Nobody else sees what you have saved.
- Saving is not the same as completing. Your History and Tracker record what you have actually done.
- Saving does not download the class. You still stream it when you press play.
- You need to be signed in to save something, since your list is tied to your account and follows you across devices.
