Intensity and the SWEAT Scale

Updated

The SWEAT Scale is a one to five rating for how hard a class felt. Members set it, which makes it a good gut check before you commit to a class.

Steps

  1. Open a class page.
  2. Find the SWEAT rating control near the class details.
  3. Select between one and five drops for how hard it felt.
  4. Change your mind later by picking a different number, which replaces your earlier rating. You can also clear your rating entirely.

Good to know

  • The number shown on a class becomes the average of member ratings once at least five people have rated it. Until then it shows the intensity the trainer assigned.
  • Rating is per member. Only the average is shown publicly, never who rated what.
  • SWEAT Drops is one of the filters on the Workouts page, so you can browse by how hard you want to work.
  • The Intensity filter and the intensity bars on a class page are a separate, trainer-set view of the same idea.
  • Two of the sort options, most intense and least intense, use this too.
