Programs
Updated
A program is a structured plan that lays out which classes to do on which days over several weeks. Programs are a paid add-on and are not part of a standard membership.
Steps
- Open Programs from the main navigation and pick one that suits your goal.
- Read the program page, which lays out the schedule week by week.
- Select Start program. If you are not signed in, the button reads Join to start this program instead.
- Your progress replaces the Start program button and shows how many days you have completed out of the total, with a link to jump to your current week.
- Work through the schedule. On the day you are on, select Done · Next when you have finished, which records it and moves you on.
Good to know
- The schedule grid marks the days you have completed and highlights the day you are on, so it is easy to see where you are.
- Once you finish every day, the program shows as completed.
- Programs can be saved for later. They appear alongside saved classes under My Spot then Saved.
- You can search programs directly. The search results page has a Programs tab.
- Because programs are a separate add-on, having a membership does not automatically include them. If a program needs a separate purchase, you will see that on the program page or at checkout. Otherwise Start program begins it right away.
