Gift cards

If you have been given a Studio SWEAT onDemand gift card, redeem it at checkout and the value is added to your account balance, ready to go towards your membership.
Steps
- Sign in to your account. You need to be signed in to redeem a gift card.
- Pick your plan and continue to checkout.
- Find the Gift card field and enter your code.
- Select Apply. You see "Gift card applied to your balance." and the amount is added to your balance.
Good to know
- Gift card codes are 12 characters and uppercase. To keep them easy to read they never include the letters I, L, O, or U.
- A gift card can only be redeemed once. If you see "Gift card not found or not redeemable", the code has already been used or was typed incorrectly.
- After too many failed attempts in a row, redemption is blocked for a short while. Wait about 15 minutes and try again.
- If a gift card was emailed to you, the message subject starts "You received a" followed by the amount.
- Buying a gift card on the website is not available yet. Email [email protected] and we will let you know the current options.
