Add a workout to your calendar

Updated

Adding a workout to your calendar is the easiest way to actually do it. The option shows up on class pages, live classes, and parties.

Steps

  1. Open the class, live class, or party you want to schedule.
  2. Select Add to Calendar.
  3. On an on-demand class, pick the date and time you plan to take it. Live classes and parties already have a time, so this step is skipped.
  4. Choose Google Calendar to open it straight in Google, or Apple / Download (.ics) to download a calendar file.
  5. If you downloaded the file, open it and your calendar app adds the event.

Good to know

  • The downloaded file works with Apple Calendar, Outlook, and most other calendar apps, so there is no separate Outlook button.
  • The event ends at the start time plus the length of the class, so your calendar shows the right block of time.
  • The event includes a link back to the class, so you can jump straight in when the reminder goes off.
  • Adding an event to your calendar does not book anything with us. For a party you still need to join it, and for a live class you still join through Zoom on the day.
  • Reminders are set by your own calendar app, not by us.
