Live classes

Live classes are real classes with our trainers, run over Zoom, and recorded so you can take them on demand later.
Steps
- Open Live Classes from the main navigation. The page is public, so you can see the schedule before joining.
- Find the class you want on the schedule or calendar.
- Add it to your calendar so you do not forget.
- Shortly before it starts, come back to the page while signed in. The Zoom link is shown there.
- Select the link to join the class on Zoom.
Good to know
- The Zoom link is only shown to members with an active membership, and only up until the class ends. If you cannot see it, check that you are signed in.
- You need Zoom on the device you are joining from, or you can use Zoom in your browser.
- Missed it? Every live class is uploaded as a normal on-demand class afterwards, so you can take it whenever suits you. The page has a link to browse recordings.
- A community link is sometimes shown on the page. Joining is a request that one of our team approves, so it is not instant.
- Live classes are included with your membership, the same as the on-demand library.
