Reset a forgotten password
Updated
If you cannot remember your password, you can set a new one yourself. We email you a link, and the link lets you pick a new password.
Steps
- Go to the sign-in page and select Forgot your password?.
- Enter the email address on your account and select Send reset link.
- You see a "Check your email" confirmation. Open the email titled "Reset your Studio SWEAT onDemand password" and select the link inside it.
- Type your new password. It needs at least 8 characters.
- Save. You are taken back to the sign-in page, where you log in with the new password.
Good to know
- The reset link expires one hour after we send it. If yours has expired, just request another.
- For your safety the "Check your email" confirmation appears whether or not that address has an account, so check the inbox of the address you expect to be on the account.
- No email after a few minutes? Check spam and promotions folders, and check for a typo in the address.
- If you originally signed up with Google, Facebook, or Apple, you may not have a password yet. This same flow creates one for you.
- We email you a security notice when the password changes. If you get one you did not ask for, contact support.
- Still locked out? Email [email protected] and we will help sort it out.
