Change your email or password
Updated
Your password is changed from your profile page, using a secure link we email you. Changing the email address on an account is not self-serve yet, so support handles that.
Steps
- Sign in and open Account from the avatar menu. You land on Profile.
- Scroll to the password section. It reads "We'll email you a secure link to set a new password."
- Select Change password. The button changes to Link sent.
- Open the email titled "Reset your Studio SWEAT onDemand password" and select the link.
- Enter your new password, at least 8 characters, and save. You are sent back to the sign-in page to log in with it.
Good to know
- There is no old password and new password form. The emailed link is how the change is made, which keeps the account safe if someone else is at your screen.
- The link is good for one hour. If it expires, select Change password again for a fresh one.
- We send you a security notice by email whenever your password changes. If that arrives and it was not you, contact support straight away.
- Your email address is shown on the Profile page but cannot be edited there. The Edit email button is switched off with a "Coming soon" note.
- To change the email on your account, email [email protected] from the address currently on the account and tell us the new one.
- If you sign in with Google, Facebook, or Apple and have never set a password, use the forgot password flow to create one.
