This is, in my opinion, the toughest class of the We Lift series. I’ve just started Level 3 and am super proud of not only my form, but how much my weights have increased since Level 1. Seeing so much change and definition 💪

Hi Carol, I have issues with my knees, sometimes have good days. It's why I didn't try this one until today. Can you bend your front knee at all in front/back lunges? Just don't go deep on the back leg, I barely bend it. My front leg isn't bent that far either. But I just do little up and down motions, which burns after a while! Make sure your knee doesn't go over the front foot. From a different AJ workout, she had people with bad knees do kip ups into a bridge with one leg up. I sometimes use a small aerobic step to do step ups. I'm also trying to incorporate the Bosu more to strengthen my knees, ankles and achilles. Another alternative is horse stance- just hold it! If you search in the blogs/vlogs there is a video about how to substitute exercises.
