Mike sends you down an unknown route where the climbs, speed drills, and long stretches show up in random order. You won't know what's next, only that it's coming.
Even in a virtual Spinning class it's fun to ride on an unknown route - not knowing the terrain, the length of the ride, or where the climbs are. This ride mirrors such an outing. The songs are randomly played in this set. There will be speed drills, long rides, and climbs -- we just don't know when they will occur!
