How high is your glass ceiling? Meaning, how hard can you push on your glass ceiling without it cracking, shattering? That's the analogy Cat drives home in the riding portion of this amazing full body workout. The idea is to learn where your thresholds are, and when you should challenge them. Every major muscle group in the upper-body and core get 3 solid rounds of strength so no worries there, but the lower body gets FIRED UP. The buns, hammies, quads and calves are all targeted from different angles, working them to the point that when you get back on your bike they feel jelly like. If your legs and buns are already perfect you don't need to take this class. ;)
