The sections of the ride that increase speed, do so to practice a proper push-pull technique. We will finish with a powerful incline ride that will absolutely blows up our legs! Hurts so good.     Great class. Super sweaty. I really enjoy all the reminders about technique. I really enjoy the music, but most of the time don't recognize it which always makes for a surprise of how long songs will be.
