This incredible workout kicks into gear (pun intended) right away. Loads of riding drills, as well as quick dismounts (like transition training, triathletes in the house) with long intervals of ab carving core work. The words you'll repeat in your head over and over while on the bike are "Power. Push. Power. Push". Keep this up and you're sure to be a more strong durable rider.
