Great ride! Keeps me in the moderate to high intensity without going to my max. I always love her timing, cues, and ability to help me maintain tempo considering I don't have a cadence monitor. I have an old spin bike, I'm surprised it has a place for a cell phone. Watching Kat's legs and her cues to where she would be on a cadence monitor helps me match her to the best of my ability. Great job Kat! Looking forward to maybe taking some live classes!
