San Diego Scenic Run w/ Fred!
Fred takes you on a scenic virtual run through San Diego at your own comfortable, non stop pace, with a few elevation challenges along the river, bay, and shoreline.
Get ready to enjoy a beautiful scenic virtual run in San Diego! Expect to be able to run at a nice, comfortable, but non-stop pace, allowing each individual to choose their own pace.
There are also a few challenges along the way, like added elevation. Fred’s challenge to you is to feel the same intensity as him whether you’re running outdoors and just listening to Fred, or watching as you run on your tread as we enjoy the scenic route along the river, through the bay, and ending on the shoreline of the gorgeous Pacific ocean. Let’s do this!

I just did this run on a chilly, drizzling, dark morning in Ohio while 7 months pregnant. I loved picturing the beach though because I will be in Mexico in less than a month!! 🌞

Fred, This was a completely awesome run. I really enjoyed imagining myself in Southern California, not on my treadmill. I also liked checking out all the RV’s. Fun. As always, and as we used to say: More Fred!
