Don't Squat Till You Drop

This isn't a go-hard workout. It's a get-better workout.

Most people train by going as hard as possible every single session - max reps, max weight, form out the window. And then they wonder why they're stuck at the same weights six months later.

This program is built around intent. One hard top set close to your max, then backing off to build quality volume. That's how you actually get stronger over time.

You're going to learn what RPE means - Rate of Perceived Exertion. It's simple: how hard did that actually feel? We train at an RPE 9. One rep left in the tank. Not failure. Close to it.

Do this workout on repeat. Track your weights. Watch yourself get better. That's progressive overload. That's the point.

This workout does not include a cool-down & stretch, but we have some great options here!

This was a little harder to do at home. I learned a lot, but the longer rest periods made me restless. I like to workout in tandem with everyone rather than watching people work out.
