Classical music does a body good – specifically your heart. Research shows that people who listen to classical music have lower blood pressure, as well as lower resting heart rates. Why? The harmonies and rhythms of classical music may provide a calming effect, thus helping to lower blood pressure. Through meditative fitness activities like this classical music Spin Class, your mind and body will reach new levels of “relaxed effort” and wellness. Hop on for more calm.

Mike, this is a very nice, semi calming ride. I did enjoy it but not as much as I would have liked because my legs felt lime cement blocks before I started.
